Download the zipped WOW eDesk program.
Download
Once the download is complete, locate the downloaded file on your computer.
Right-click on the zipped file and select "Extract All" to unzip the contents.
After extraction, double-click on the .exe file to begin the installation process.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Following the installation of WOW eDesk, please download new eDesk files when accessing eDesk for the first time.

Note: If you use Norton Antivirus Software, please click here before downloading.
